Office Policies

Due to the high volume of phone calls, return calls from Dr. Hogan cannot always be made on the same day. Dr. Hogan seldom has time between patients to return calls. Calls that need a reply on the same day will either be returned by Sharon Jung, ARNP, within the next day or by Dr. Hogan on Fridays.
If there is a question that can't be answered quickly, it is best to ask for a short appointment to discuss the problem. Our neurological nurse practitioner, Sharon, can usually see you promptly to give you the care that you need. Extended phone conferences requiring greater than five minutes will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per five minutes. You will receive a separate bill for this. Insurance does not pay for telephone conferences.
