Speciality Exercise Classes
Exercise is a proven method to improve health and can be particularly helpful for those suffering from neurological disorders and other chronic diseases. The exercise program at the Integrative Health Center is designed for individuals wanting personalized attention in a private or small group (up to 6 people) class setting. Working in our brand new exercise studio, our expert instructors all have experience working with people suffering from chronic disease and with healthy individuals alike. Our goal is to give our clients a comfortable and safe exercise experience by offering compassionate, effective exercise classes that can improve our clients’ health and overall well-being. Pilates: Pilates method seeks to develop controlled movement from a strong core and it does this using a range of apparatus to guide and train the body. Individual classes offered through the week. Contact Rob Sutherland to schedule an appointment. 253-777-2344.
Exercise Training: Dr. McNamara is available for personal training sessions on a limited basis. Need a tune-up or advice? Interested in taking your exercise up a notch? Call the office to schedule.
Ballroom dance for Parkinson’s. Taught under the expert direction of Rob Sutherland. Classes are half off at $7.50 per person and no experience is necessary. Saturday mornings at 11 AM at the Abbey Ballroom in Tacoma on 1901 S Fawcett st.
